PEQUES

These unique programs are designed to be developmentally stimulating to children ages 18 months to 3 years old. Through songs, dances, creative games, traditional tales and lots of fun, children will be immersed in an exciting new language: Español. This class encourages children to use their ever-so-curious minds. Moms or caregivers must attend all classes

MAMA Y PEQUE

Children in this class don't sit still for long! Accompanied by MOS (daddies, grandparents, and nannies are welcomed too!), these young "estudiantes" start learning a new language through a variety of activities designed to engage their minds and bodies. Students become great friends with PACO our friendly puppet pet, as they participate in his crazy songs and adventures. Music and movement form the foundation for the classes, as the children sing simple, rhythmic songs and dance, run, spin and jump around the room! Meanwhile, our teachers work with the accompanying adults, teaching them age- appropriate games and activities so that they can reinforce learning at home. These "play-classes" are great for parents and caregivers who want to learn a new language alongside their children!

CUENTOS Y CANCIONES

This is a NEW class designed by MTS, where young children learn Spanish through traditional fairy tales, stories and songs. The instructor reads a fairy tale or a story every class and new vocabulary is introduced in an innovative, dynamic and fun way. Children also learn rhythmic and contagious Spanish songs that reinforce language acquisition even more. We utilize colorful books, visuals, puppets, dramatic play and much more to stimulate and engage your child. This class is filled with activities to develop essential early childhood skills such as imagination, self-expression and self-confidence explored in creative new ways.

PEQUE BEGINNERS

We introduce students to the basics of the language. Through fun games, songs, dances, children learn new vocabulary and how to ask and answer basic questions such as: Cómo te llamás? Cõmo estás? Cuántos años tienes? Dónde vives? They also learn greetings, numbers, colors, fruits, family members, parts of the body, clothing and some adjectives and feelings. In this class your child will develop social, physical and attention skills and our Spanish language activities encourage motor and coordination skills.
